Scope of Responsibility
While we provide expert technical remediation, the client remains responsible for final system configuration changes within their own production ERP/WMS environments. Unified Solutions provides the documentation, guidance, and validation logic required to perform these changes safely.
Audit-Ready Documentation
All deliverables, including SOPs, technical runbooks, and mapping diagrams, are the proprietary intellectual property of the client upon completion, intended to serve as audit-ready assets for your internal compliance and renewal cycles.
Service Availability
We operate during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST). Emergencies or after-hours stabilization support are available via separate, pre-negotiated support agreements.
